Katie and Derrick – Married – The Before Pictures

Katie and Derrick were married during a lovely ceremony in Michigan.  It rained before the wedding, and then held off while we did all of our outside pictures, and didn’t start raining again until everyone was safely under the big tent for the reception!  Derrick and Katie are two very fun people,  and their wedding was a blast!!! I had a fun time joining them on their party bus and the dance floor, and am so glad I got to be a part of their special day!

The L Family – A Family Photo Session

 

While I was back in Michigan, I had the pleasure of shooting the L family.  Emily had contacted me when she saw I was going to be back for a visit, and I’m so glad she did!  I used to babysit her when she was little, and now she has a beautiful family of her own, with one on the way :)  We had quite an adventure following little Miss Grace around the park.  Grace was pretty much our “session director” and we went with her flow.  Such is the life of an 18 month old!
